Pingback: Field Trips & Things To Do With Kids In & Near Huntsville, Alabama
I visited the museum with children on Dec 31, 2013 and was in general, disappointed for the admission price you pay , to find that many of the exhibits had features that did not work. Ex: the President, the musical instruments, and others. It would be better if the upstairs had some interactive features. Also, we were expecting the cafe to be open as advertised. We would have appreciated a short movie in the theater.
Next time we come, we will be looking for improvements in our Huntsville children’s museum.

Hmm it seems like your blog ate my first comment (it was super long) so I
guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted
and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I too am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything.
Do you have any tips and hints for inexperienced blog writers?
I’d definitely appreciate it.

Thank you! Huntsville has a lot to offer families and kids. EarlyWorks Family of Museums is actually 3 museums: EarlyWorks Children’s Museum (all hands on), Alabama Constitution Village (Alabama history, tour guides dressed in 1819 attire), Huntsville Depot Museum (transportation and Civil War history). Huntsville also has the Space and Rocket Center, Sci-Quest Hands On Science Center for kids, and Burritt on the Mountain. All great for families and wonderful learning facilities. Wishing you happy travels!
